Also, take a look at the Vetri website ( I wouldn't suggest that as a location for a 16th birthday just as I would not recommend Le Be Fin for a 16th.) Where else can you have Cuban food in such an elegant setting? The building is quite gorgeous, and it's a wonderful neighborhood to walk through after you're finished eating. Also, the food is to die for. www.morimotorestaurant.com/ - Morimoto restaurant on Chestnut, close to Independence Hall, for the best sushi you'll ever have, if you're into it. The restaurant is stylishly modern inside and the seating arrangements are very cool. It's family style, so perfect for a birthday party, and has a great atmosphere and, of course, amazing food. Those are just some of my favorite, finer restaurants.
